DELIVERY CHARGES

  • The delivery charges referred to in our Delivery Methods Information do not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered if that country is a country other than South Africa. You are responsible for all such taxes and duties. We may occasionally provide special offers and promotions waiving delivery charges in certain circumstances. We reserve the right to vary, cancel or extend special offers and promotions regarding delivery charges.

PRICING

  • All purchases via the website are transacted in South African Rand.

  • Prices online are exclusive of delivery charges. Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • NOVAWOOLF reserves the right to amend any pricing errors displayed due to human error, computer malfunction or other reason. NOVAWOOLF will notify you of any error in pricing and you may elect to not purchase any Good/s where the price has been corrected.

PAYMENTS

  • We accept payments by credit card from Visa and MasterCard.

  • Depending on your circumstances, you may have to pay additional exchange rate costs and fees as charged by your credit card issuer. NOVAWOOLF will not be liable for any costs associated with exchange rates or bank fees.

SECURITY

  • Any personal information that you submit will be protected by our secure SSL payment gateway server, which protects your online order information. This technology encrypts all information including your credit card and all personal information passed from you through our website.

  • Your credit card purchase may take a few minutes to process to allow us time to confirm your billing information with your financial institution.

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

  • While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.

  • If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email. 

  • All orders sent require a signature on delivery.

  • NOVAWOOLF will not be held responsible for any theft or damage if you provide us with the authority to leave your parcel at an unattended address. All risk in the parcel will remain with you upon delivery and NOVAWOOLF will not offer a replacement or refund for any loss or damage as a result of selecting to leave your parcel without a signature.

DELIVERY ON PUBLIC HOLIDAYS 

  • Unfortunately, any order placed on a public holiday will only be processed the following business day. 

  • Any orders required for dispatch by the customer on a public holiday will only be scheduled for the following business day. 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

  • Thank you for shopping at NOVAWOOLF. 

  • We really hope you love your new item, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. 

  • All returns must be requested via email within 3 calendar days of receiving your NOVAWOOLF product. Please provide detailed reasons and (where applicable) photographic evidence motivating your request for return. 

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Refunds and exchanges will only be granted if the product is still intact in its original packaging. No refunds or exchanges will be considered if the product has been exposed from its original packaging. 

  • For any request for return, you need to supply the receipt or proof of purchase for your item. 

SHIPPING

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. 

  • If you receive approval for a refund for your item, the cost of original shipping (from NOVAWOOLF to you) will be deducted from the total item purchase price of your refund. Thus, you will not be refunded for the full purchase price, since all purchase prices on the NOVAWOOLF online store include shipping. 

  • Following approval for a return, you must ship your item back to NOVAWOOLF in the same packaging that you received the item, to be delivered within 3 calendar days of return approval. 

  • Refunds & Exchanges 

  • Refunds or exchanges will only be processed once the product has been received and assessed by NOVAWOOLF. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund or exchange after inspecting the item. 

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). The refund will exclude any shipping costs (see above). 

  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 

  • Exchanges will be treated as refunds and subsequent new purchases and shipping costs remain the responsibility of the client. Thus, for exchanges, you must first submit a return, receive a refund, and then purchase your new product from NOVAWOOLF as per normal purchasing procedures.

SHIPPING POLICY

  • If your purchased item is in stock, it will be packaged and shipped to you within 3 working days of your order. 

  • We offer a flat rate of R100 for shipping costs across all main areas in South Africa (Johannesburg; Pretoria; Cape Town; Bloemfontein; Durban; Port Elizabeth; East London; George; Kimberley; Ladysmith; Nelspruit; Polokwane; Potchefstroom; Welkom; and Witbank). Unfortunately we do not ship to remote, outlying areas. 

  • Once shipped, all orders take approximately 1 – 3 working days to arrive and you will be provided with a tracking number to trace your parcel. 

  • Please provide us with your physical address, as the courier service used will not deliver to a P.O. Box. Please ensure that there will be someone available to receive your order at the address you have supplied. 

  • We are unfortunately currently not shipping internationally.
